Located in the lower detached barn.
North Light Coaching
in EGCM is a unique and deeply effective form of personal growth and emotional healing. In this method, an EGCM-certified coach partners with horses, guiding clients through an exploratory process to identify what is causing pain or preventing success or happiness. Through interactions with the horse (experiential learning), clients are assisted resolving unfinished business, clearing the energy of emotional pain held in the body, and designing a positive future. No horse experience is needed and you will not ride the horses during coaching. EGCM is not psychotherapy and it can be used with or without a therapy program.
EGCM will be offered at Ohana Equestrian Preserve through a relationship with North Light Coaching, LLC. North Light Coaching clients are healing post-traumatic stress injuries, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and challenging family dynamics. 3 Sisters Micro Farm is a year-round operation that specializes in
growing hydroponic microgreens. The micro farm is located at
the beautiful Ohana Equestrian Preserve in Aldie, VA. Whether
it’s a scorching hot summer or a below freezing winter, 3 Sisters
Micro Farm grows consistent trays full of living microgreens.
Year-round operation, regardless of weather.
Microgreens are grown hydroponically without the use of soil
or fertilizers. Seeds are grown indoors on coconut coir pads
with purified filtered water.
Trays of microgreens are delivered still living so that the chef
can utilize the entire order. This helps reduce the waste that
processing microgreens can create from spoilage. This also
allows the nutritional value of the microgreen to stay fully
intact until the time it is used.
