The 100' X 200' indoor arena contains Attwood TerraNova footing which provides a soft, dust-free surface and is lined with sloped kickboards. Natural light is provided through large garage doors and the lighting systems provides no-shadow, daylight quality light during evening hours. Large ceiling fans provide excellent air flow on warm summer days. There is also an stereo system with speakers to allow for music. The indoor also has exceptional amenities for boarders and spectators to include a climate controlled viewing area with television and WiFi, restrooms, kitchen and laundry room.
Ohana has an outdoor, regulation 20 x 60 meter dressage arena with Attwood footing that is watered via an automated system and dragged on a regular basis. In addtion to the outdoor ring, there are blue stone paths between the paddocks as well as some open field area for hacking out. Behind the indoor arena, there are great hills for conditioning.
20 fully matted 12'x12' stalls attached to indoor arena with individual fans and many with dutch doors. Stall area includes central ventilation system, fully matted walk-ways, multiple tack rooms, large and easy access feed room (with refrigerator), hay storage as well as heated grooming and wash stalls. There is also a lower detached barn with 6 stalls. Two stalls have an attached small private paddock. All stalls include fans for the warm summers and water heaters for the winter. This barn has 1,400 sq ft second floor storage space that can accommodate bales of hay plus trunks and misc. storage with loft door, interior stairwell access and hay drop to stalls below.
Offering superior facility maintenance with a grounds crew. Fences are checked daily and repaired before an issue arises. There are 18 paddocks equipped with hydrants and several with electricity as well as run-in sheds. Laundry machines are also available. There are 25 acres for hacking with access to an additional adjacent 56 acres for trail riding. There is also a security monitoring system with several cameras to ensure safety of horse and rider.
